PLAT Review Fees
(Carroll County Code Section 113-13H)
Effective September 1, 2006, the fee to review all plats to be considered by the Planning Commission will be as follows:
$150.00 per plat plus $25.00 per lot described thereon. The plat review fee is due at the time of filing the preliminary plat with the subdivision agent.
Subdivision Agent Review
Effective July 1, 2009, the fee to review all small subdivision plats, containing four (4) new lots or less, to be reviewed by the Subdivision Agent shall be $15.00 per lot.
