SBDC 2008 Report
The Business Development Center conducts assessment surveys of companies of all sizes in Carroll County in determining the competitiveness of each company; develops an improvement plan, which includes consulting, training, marketing, access to funding agencies, and providing a wide variety of other business services; is responsible for business clients who are either already in business or interested in starting up a business in the county, and assists each client with the development of a comprehensive business plan addressing all of the common business aspects from concept through sales and delivery.
